How We’ll Work

Writing: Please contact me so we can discuss the project, timeline, revisions, and rate. For any project, I’ll need to know the desired word count. If SEO writing, I’ll need a list of your keywords (or I can provide you with some researched options). If for a product or service, all I need is some basic info about the subject or key points you would like to promote (or a photo or link, if available), to get started. I will edit and proofread all copy before delivery to ensure you receive polished content.

Illustration: Please contact me so we can discuss the project, timeline, revisions, and rate. I’ll need to know the preferred dimensions of the artwork and how many subjects you would like illustrated; a subject can be a person, creature, object, or environment. I also need to know whether you would like the illustration rendered in simple line art, black-and-white shading, flat color, or full color and detail; face/portrait, upper body, or full body and preferred pose, if applicable. Would you like a simple background, detailed background, or transparent (no) background? The more information you can give me about your subject (or mood/theme), the better I can customize the illustration to your vision. I’ll send you a rough mockup before finalizing the art to make sure you’re happy, and revise per our agreement. I will provide a high-resolution flat PSD file or PDF. I can offer source files and commercial use for an additional fee.

FAQ

Q: Is this your own work?
A: Yes. Accuracy and honesty are very important to me. I use vetted sources for any research, and my copy will never be plagarized. Likewise, illustrations are hand-drawn, digitially, in my own style.

Q: Can you illustrate in a style other than your own?
A: Yes–if you give me a couple examples of the style you’re going for, I will do my best to match it. I will not directly copy another’s artwork, however.

Q: How many revisions do you offer?
A: It depends on the size and the complexity of the project. Generally, I offer two free revisions per most writing or illustration projects before charging extra. I want to make sure you’re happy with the finished product, however, so we can discuss the revision process before starting the project.

Q: Do you do NSFW illustrations or fan art, or erotic fiction?
A: Nope.
